Nora von Wintersdorff

Nora is AlphaMundi Foundation’s Investment Associate, playing a key role in overseeing the team’s investment activities, project management as well as pipeline building, donor compliance and managing relationships with the partners and co-investors. Prior to joining AMF, Nora worked for AlphaMundi Group as an Investment Analyst where she headed the Africa fund’s pipeline screening process and led the group’s impact management and measurement processes.

Nora holds an MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School and holds a Certificate for Entrepreneurship and Private Sector Development from Makerere University Business School in Kampala, Uganda. She speaks English, German and Spanish fluently, and holds a BSc in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School. She holds the FMI Foundations in Financial Modeling certificate and has completed the EAVCA Private Equity Professional Development Program. Originally from Germany, Nora has lived and worked in numerous countries, with a predominant focus on emerging markets. She is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
