Overview

The paper addresses the issue women and men's different capabilities to mitigate and adapt to climate change from the perspective of financing instruments and mechanisms committed to climate change activities in mitigation and adaption, arguing that these funds need to take gender-differentiated impacts into account in funds design and operationalization as well as concrete project financing, with the author providing a number of recommendations directed to a variety of actors.
