Mentorship Curriculum

Check out our mentorship curriculum for businesses tackling climate challenges in Africa, while incorporating a strong gender lens.

This curriculum is based on our Green Growth Alliance mentorship program - a cross-cultural virtual mentorship program that focused on Kenya-based businesses with strong gender and climate impact, with mentors from the U.S. and Japan. This program, including the curriculum development, was generously supported by the United-States Japan Foundation.

Our mentorship curriculum covers 7 sessions: 0. Kick-Off; 1. Business Vision and Market Positioning; 2. Financial Strategy & Growth; 3. Sustainability and Impact Strategy; 4. Gender, Leadership & Inclusion; 5. Strategic Partnerships & Global Positioning; and 6. Wrap-Up and Reflection.

The curriculum can be tailored to the specific needs of the enterprises, context, and program requirements.
